Debbie Knights

Debbie has an extensive career background in management, coaching and mentoring, underpinned by an MBA. Her career has led her into specialism in enabling individuals to achieve their dream role, undergoing a career change, or applying for their first role when leaving education.

Her background in the public and private sectors has led to a unique understanding of organisational and leadership challenges, across the UK and in Europe. Prior experience includes HR and recruitment, and as a business consultant in transformational change. However, more recently Debbie’s experience delivering and assessing (including internal and external verification) leadership and management qualifications across numerous industries has highlighted her skills and passion for coaching individuals and companies through the challenges or organisational change.

With previous experience in both receiving and providing the outplacement support, Debbie is also only too aware of the challenges companies face in the current economic climate, be in making redundancies, or restructuring. It’s important to those making organisational decisions to know that they have supported the individuals most affected by providing the appropriate guidance and stepping stones into their next role.

Originally from the North-West, Debbie now resides in the West Midlands. She has two children, is an animal love and enjoys cooking and live music.
